Semi-modern sites, has water, toilet & shower facilities; dump station. Picnic area, volleyball, play ground, swimming areas. South end of Mille Lacs Lake. Amenties also include hiking trails, cross-country trails & near the Soo Line biking/hiking trails. Also 2 boat ramps & 2 fishing piers. Very nice, scenic park & we would return. Reservations for weekends are recommended.

City owned park, north end of town, very easy to get into & park. Clean, quiet but close to hwy noises. View of Lake Superior; close to biking/hiking trails; security patrols. Reservations are recommended, popular park for north shore visitors. Would definitely go again.

We stayed here late April enroute from the southwest back to midwest for summer. Nice, clean park; laundry was very clean with newer machines. Park is 7 miles south of Sallisaw & I-40. Hwy 59 was being upgraded, most of it was done to 4 lanes. It's not on a lake but very close to Kerr Lake & Arkansas River. We would stay there again.
