A lot of permanent residents. Many sites look shabby and one would think that management would make them fix it. But it seems many RV parks are catering to permanent residents and don't worry as much about the over nights. No road noise (or resident noise) to speak of. The only issue is a blind curve at the exit. If people were driving the speed limit it wouldn't be an issue. When you pull out - get moving. We'd stay here again if nothing else was available.
Level spots with easy access. We had no issues with road, train or truck stop noise. Nobody was in the office when we arrived so we set up and went to sleep. We paid the next morning when we left. It will be on our "Stay Here" list.
