Have spent 3 months at this campground working in area. Management has handled the record snowfall (30+inches!) very well. Plow guy rounds the camp 4-6 times a day during the storms to keep roads open, then clears individual lots for cars. Deer, birds a plenty. Dog owners need to be policed better. I have dogs & scoop religiously..wish others did, too. Office staff very helpful with mail/pkg deliveries. Campground VERY quiet during this time..minimal children.

Park located in BAD neighborhood. Lots of pedestrian traffic outside park late at night. Beggars knocked on my door at 6 am, there is no security personnel in park. Police sirens wailing every 2 hours, loud bass bumps from street traffic, foul, cursing neighbors in mobile home park across brick/barb wire wall. Neighbors in 5th wheel asked if I had an electric spike like they did?!? No laundry or bathhouse onsite & local laundromats overrun with grubby kids. Management reports owner will not pay for grounds kept up, so manager tries to pass that cost on to residents. Sites overrun with ants and tree debris.
