The only reason we did not give a 10 was it was gravel sites but we had a great site and it was pretty level. We stayed in a pull-through site. The staff here are exceptional. They were always courteous and helpful and the most cheerful staff we have met in a long time. Our stay was great: we sat outside at night in our lounge chairs with the breeze blowing through the trees. Large, shaded sites and very private with the way they were placed, so you weren't staring in someone else's camper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This is a great campground if you are adults looking for a great campsite!! You have to be above 21 to stay here. The staff was excellent: someone took us to our site and helped us back in and we thought it was a great campground. The bathrooms were older but spotless; there were fire rings at each site; the setting was the best. We had a family emergency and had to leave early and they were very understanding and a refund was given right then. We were really impressed with this campground.
Bathrooms were clean - hot water a little slow - laundry very nice - the least expensive of all the places we have stayed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with an extra propane tank having a hole in it and they were very helpful and seemed very interested in helping us find the best solution. The problem was resolved and the maintenance people went out of their way to assist. The campground is all gravel but our lot was very level. We did have full hook-ups and cable - we did not use Wi-Fi because you paid, however, our AT&T GMS worked fine. It is a little run-down but from of the looks of other area campgrounds, was probably one of the best. We would stay again if ever in the area.
This campground is a little far out from the main attractions but we chose it because of past reviews. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and went above and beyond being there when we had a snowfall with electricity going out. They made sure the roads were cleared and trees cut back as soon as possible. They were baking cookies when we arrived and we went back after getting on site and the cookies were great! The area is very quiet; cable is great; Wi-Fi is good; facilities are very nice. It is gravel but the sites are large and wide and we would definitely return.
This park had excellent shower and laundry facilities. They are trying to improve the campground, so there was work going on. It is completely gravel. Some grass between campers and some where dog walk was. There is a fenced-in area for dogs but the walk is all gravel and we felt there should have been a little more grass for the dogs to walk. The staff was very friendly and it is acceptable, but there are no extras here. Wi-Fi and cable were good, but one night we had a car to pull in beside our motorhome and they began to pile all their stuff on the picnic table and slam doors and this went on until after midnight. The next morning they got up early and started piling their stuff back in the car and slamming doors again. (This was a premium pull-through site and there were plenty sites for them to back in). When we made note of this to management because it made us feel a little unsafe that night - we were told, yes they came in late and left early. No further comment. Other than that episode, the campground was fine for visiting the area. Like I said they were cutting trees, had redone the restrooms and I think they are trying to upgrade. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
This is the best campground in the Zion National Park area. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is you have to pay $1.00 to shower. I feel for what you pay, you should not have to pay for showers. Otherwise, this is an immaculate, well-maintained RV resort. The management was very helpful, very nice and seemed to be always looking for ways to help you. We stayed here 8 days and it was the best place for us to travel to the Zion Park, Bryce Canyon, Kanab, etc. We were very well pleased with this resort. They had a German fest for us one night - everyone was very pleasant to ask questions, even the maintenance men. There is no cable but we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the area. This is a great place to visit and we will return.
Whoever commented recently that this park has a lot of noise, no reception, that it is situated by industrial parks, etc., must not have liked it for some reason but what that reason is we will never know. Yes it is between two freeways; however while eating outside we did not notice any traffic noise; nor did we note anything wrong with the industrial park nearby. We found the park to have undergone some recent upgrades and we were well pleased with the maintenance of the grounds; the Wi-Fi, cell phone reception; laundry; showers, and restrooms. The staff was extra helpful in helping us with visitor information and places to eat. We had great neighbors and the mountains surrounding us were covered with snow. It was a very serene place. We stayed here with our dog and were quite happy with the dog walk. We stayed would definitely recommend it to anyone. Our sites were very wide and spacious; getting in and out was very easy; and we were truly impressed as we had just left Grizzly RV Park in West Yellowstone and felt it was the best yet. This RV park deserves a 10.
This was the best campground we have stayed at this year. The grounds are immaculate; the staff very courteous and helpful; the showers and restrooms were very clean; the laundry was great; and it is very close to town, the post office, the bank, restaurants, etc. We were here two weeks and we did not find a single thing wrong with this RV park. We definitely recommend it to anyone. The Wi-Fi was excellent and we had good AT&T cell phone reception. There isn't a lot of shade yet as the trees are not mature yet but sitting outside and eating outside was great. It is so close to Yellowstone Park the only way you can get any closer is to stay in the park. We loved it.
This is one more beautiful campground. It is located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains with trees all around and a very well maintained area. The sites are spacious and very private. The showers are very nice; great dog-walk area; great laundry; and was very quiet. We had a tree right beside our camping area that was great to sit under and enjoy the views and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast in the mornings and in the summertime they have supper. We had no TV but with the scenery and the peacefulness, none was needed. We were situated in a great area to travel to all the nearby attractions and right at the edge of the Glacier National Park. We will definitely come back. It was a great experience.
This was a very nice campground. Showers were great; laundry was great; has a fenced-in dog area and is very quiet. It was a little pricey but was in a central location to see all the area sites along with towns in the region. We will probably stay here again.
This is one excellent campground. It was immaculate. The showers were great. The campground was one of the best for motorhome sites. There was privacy, lots of space, and nearly level lots. We were very impressed with this campground and will return. Very kid friendly; very dog friendly; and very people friendly.
This campground is a very convenient place to camp and was just right for our overnight pull-through. The people at the office were very friendly, very informative and so helpful. The pull-through sites for one night stays are excellent. We did not need to level and everything was perfect. We had traveled a long distance and went to bed before dark and the campground was very quiet, even though it was full. There are long-term and short-term trailer parking. The showers and restrooms were very clean with plenty of hot water. We had our dog with us and it is an excellent place to walk your dog. The only reason I did not give it a 10: there were some older trailers just parked at the back and the grass was grown up. The cabins on the lake were looking like they needed some maintenance but overall it was an excellent place and the owners are very nice. We will stay here again.
This park is not up to par for a KOA campground: it is very difficult to find. It is an afterthought of a campground. KOA needs to either to state it as is, or not state at all. This campground is very run down and has no privacy at all. It is very jumbled together and is nothing as described. We made it okay but will not be back. We have a dog with us and it is not an area for walking your dog.
