Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Pros: Staff and guests very friendly. As noted in an earlier review, the front part of the park is very shady, and the back part of the park is sunny, grassy and larger sites Cons: As noted in earlier reviews, all roads and sites are unpaved (crushed shells) and are very dusty, though everyone really observed the 5 mph speed limit in the park. Sites and access are a little tight for larger motorhomes but doable. Wi-Fi had strong signal but was so slow it was almost unusable. Verizon 3G only and weak. AT&T cellular also weak. No digital HD stations on campground cable, but several HD stations are available over-the-air.

Rate reflects a 3 night special. This park is fairly new, only about 3 or 4 years old, and I suspect that their primary motivation is to sell lots. The first phase of the park is complete, while the second phase has yet to be built. This park is trying to be a very upscale facility, and though it is very nicely landscaped, great club house, heated pool and clean, it has several unexpected weaknesses. The park allows both motorhomes and trailers. Some of the sites are fully paved while many of the sites are grass with a paved pad for a picnic table. Wi-Fi is included in the rate, and though we had a strong signal at our site (123) it was so slow it was unusable. The Wi-Fi service is provided by TengoNet which likely speaks for itself. We ended up using our Verizon cellular data access which did have the high speed LTE service. Staff, while friendly, did not do a very good job of letting us know about all the park activities. Parks of this type usually have a calendar style sheet with a list of all the activities and times for the current month, but not here. Also there is no cable TV available, almost unheard of in a resort of this type, and very little over-the-air TV is available in this central Florida location.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Friendly staff, extremely clean campground, all sites full concrete pads, propane available, good AT&T cell service and Verizon 3G data only available. Cons: Wi-Fi had strong signal, but so slow it was almost unusable; it is free, but furnished by TengoNet (need we say anymore). More than 30 cable TV channels provided, but no digital HD channels included. Very limited over-the-air TV available as nearest TV stations are about 60 miles to the south in Jacksonville, Florida.
