I wish I had read the reviews before staying here. They charged $3 extra for 50 amp, which is fine, however $1 extra for sewer is out of line. Pull-through site was good and level. The train noise is awful. I agree with previous reviews, The cable is pathetic, we did not try the Wi-Fi. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here 1 night on our way from Colorado to Florida. Easy access off I40. this is a no frills park, however, it served our requirements. Our 5th wheel is 36', towing a 12' cargo trailer. We were able to park without too much difficulty. Will look for a different park on return trip.

This was our first stop on our way from Colorado to Florida. Our fifth-wheel is 36', towing a 12' cargo trailer. Ace guided us to a long pull through site that was easy to enter/exit. Everything worked, wifi is great. We appreciated the hospitality & the ride to Big Texan for steak dinner. We Will make it a point to stay again on our return trip.
