Love the view from our rear window but sites are tight. Pool stated heated but was cold. No heat there! Biggest negative was that the laundry had only two washers and dryers in one little room. The washer didn't even have enough water to cover my small load of clothes that filled one quarter of machine. There is another laundry, but the person working in office didn't know how many machines were there. Location is good.

Too many people leave their RV's here and come up on weekends. Therefore I would only come on weekdays! The pool is small and was jam packed. There were not enough laundry machine. You almost had to fight for a washer dryer. Not sure where that shade was but we didn't get any.

The reviews are correct - this is a beautiful well maintained park. Cement sites and roads with nice grassy area's. Our second day there we went to the pool which is on the small size (there is no hot tub) and the water was freezing and the wooden chairs are not comfortable for sunning at all. Later in the week someone said the pool was heated but we left the next day so I'm not sure if it is or not but it was a pleasant stay and a great location.

Number one they do not have cable - if you do not have a dish use your antenna & set to TV and you might get six stations. No one in the park seems to know this because if you connect cable you will only get FX! Pool is freezing and hot tub is iffy. Sometimes it might be open during the day when it's very hot & closes early! The only sites you may see the river are far from Office. Gravel roads but nice parking pads. Park is big & clean & a easy ride over bridge to Natchez so it's the only RV place to stay that's decent in the area!

Biggest complaint is why upon check in do they say they try to space each RV because the spots are extremely tight & then put another big rig next to you where your slides are practically touching and there are empty sites everywhere! Cable had a very small selection and they charge you extra. Just a gravel park with no view. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Best part was the huge gated dog park.

Great park for relaxing with fabulous views of the Mississippi river. Huge, friendly park with well spaced level pull through sites. No pool or clubhouse but several beautiful laundries that were no charge! 15/20 minutes over the bridge and you're right there for Memphis sightseeing.

I realize it was a holiday weekend so the staff was exhausted. They are a pricey KOA but since I have family in the area I have stayed here many times in the last 4 years. Being a fulltimer, I also stay at a lot of KOA's across the USA, so maybe I would appreciate a few extra perks. The price here is based on 6 people per camper. Since we are only two, why not give a few free tickets so we could have our family over for a cookout by our camper (we were here 10 nights) without paying an extra $7.00 per person to visit? (Two of my family went to buy ice cream for us and were then thrown out because they didn't pay.) This KOA could care less how good a customer I am, and may as well have said if I don't like it, I could leave. Needless to say I won't stay here again, and maybe not forget them all in the future!

If your young and healthy it's an ok park but the pool, playground (had my grandchildren), miniature golf and gameroom are all far from your RV site along with hills all over making it difficult to walk and watch them. I do not believe there is a level site in park. (We are full timers so have been to a lot of places.) What's up with the sewer being higher than RV or your electric on one side and sewer on the another. Season ends on Labor Day so we were lucky the pool remained open (not heated) for one more week! It did have a nice laundry and the staff was friendly.

Great shade trees were the best feature. Very hot when we were here so everyone had their air going and the electric in park went out several times. The pool is not centrally located (also serves as a public pool) and is at the far end of the park. It rained alot and the sites were muddy as were the roads. There is no cable TV and limited full hook-ups.

There are a few sites for very small RV's and limited hookups, but other than that you cannot see the small lake unless you walk down a path to the dock so their website is misleading. Alot of their non permanent sites offer no shade so you roast in the sun. I was not impressed with anything about this campground.

It's a small park on many levels and the sites are so tight you could shake your neighbor's hand. While the shuttle is convenient, so is downtown with free parking, so unless your a have a few too many it's just as easy to drive. No shade trees so you bake in the sun. The biggest plus, was the staff was very nice.

OK park for a few nights to visit Mt.Saint Helen's, but very tight back in sites which are slightly gravel and some grass. Hard to walk your dog because of the hilly park, and they state they have cable, but it's just your free stations & the Discover Channel.

One of the prettiest RV parks I have ever been to. The winding paved roads, pond, flowers and trees were very nice. I like when a park has grass separating the RV sites, but I wish they would widen some of them by few feet to accommodate the larger rigs with multiple slides. Way too tight to park your vehicle. The pool wasn't open yet, and the spa was way in the back of the park.

Totally confused on past reviews unless you really like "rustic" which I translate to run-down! What a dump. Dark and dreary with dirt roads and sites which is a mud bath when it rains. When checking in you are informed not to do any damage to it's natural state which is quite a chuckle considering the condition of the place!

Park is clean by club house & pool which we didn't use because it was too cold. Pet area is a joke - patch of dirt next to road - have to walk dog on street. Sites extremely tight for big rigs with butchered trees & not much room for slides and no view except back of grocery building. Shopping was close by - just down two blocks!

We received a 3 month special rate. Pool area was very nice as was the club house buildings. Doggy park was excellent - huge, gated with grass. Sites were an odd setup because electric, water was in middle of site with tall bushes on sides. The wind was horrible and rattled RV several days a week. The park was very isolated from fine dining and shopping about a 30/40 minute drive but grocery stores were nearby. The park needed to have better winter entertainment. Not enough dinner type (with cost) get together or potlucks. Needed more Saturday night dances not like New Years Eve which ended at 10:30pm and had a horrible band.

Beautiful RV park with two great pools/spas, clean laundry, restaurant/lounge & updated exercise room. Clean sites each with a metal table and chairs, huge fenced in dog park and gated & secure. We were there a month so we had a discounted rate but there was hardly no one ever there! I can only assume it was because there was no evening activities. It gets dark early in October so after 6pm it was a ghost park.

This is a very old depressing park with a lot of ancient RV's. Small sites consisting of stone with a small slab of concrete for a patio. We only stayed a few days which was a big plus. I always read the old reviews & had to laugh at the "dog run". It's not enclosed at the ends and is actually an unused dirt and sand road.

This park is fine for an overnight stay with no children. You better have a carpet because there are rocks all over. Large fenced in pet area but no place else to walk your dog. Very quiet park, extremely clean (like everything there is for show only) and forget the hot tub because it's extremely small and I'm not sure it's ever used.

This KOA is a big ugly, concrete RV park with your neighbor's door facing you. It's a very long walk through the parking lot and then the casino until you finally wind up on the strip because the park is way in the back of Circus Circus. Staff wasn't all that helpful but the pool was nice and it did have a large (gravel) doggie park.

It is a great little park with very nice camp hosts. The park, laundry & pool are all exceptionally clean. Most of the sites are shady and the owners make everyone feel welcome.

It is a very busy park, with lots of children running everywhere including through your site. The laundry is terrible. One dryer works but don't use it too long because it overheats and the washers I used leave your clothes wet after the spin "dry" cycle. It states they have cable but do not. The lake is across the street but there is no access unless you drive a mile down the road.

I was wrong to assume campground was on the lake. You are packed in like sardines with a view of some pine trees mostly dead. Some sights you walk out into a pine tree so we were lucky we had a patch of dirt and weeds. No campfires, dogs cannot be left alone for one minute, nightly spot light checks, no phones, wifi or TV. The plus is you are centrally located and that Yellowstone is beyond words describing it's beauty!

We camped here in a Fifth Wheel and found the park very clean, shady & convenient to sight-seeing. The problem is they are not very dog friendly because DO NOT ever let your dog near the grassy area's. I made the mistake of letting mine too close & unfortuneatly my dog went on the grass and "manager/owner" screamed at me like I was a child even though I cleaned up the mess. The pool also is a protected zone since it was never left uncovered so I never bothered to ask to use it. The women in the office were very nice but the men need to learn a little finese!
