This is a very clean park, the mountain view sites are nice and large with cable, the riverfront sites appear to be a little smaller and have no cable. We had no problem getting our 5th wheel level. Owners and staff are wonderful people, very huggable, we enjoyed getting to know them all. There is a large play area for kids and a tube center right at the park. The campground is very near the Smokey Mountain National Park and lots of north western NC attractions. We hope to be back someday.

Wonderful family friendly campground. Friendly staff, 2 pools, rustic cabins. Good WiFi though they do charge, spotty cell phone, basic cable TV. Convenient to lots of small lakes for canoeing or kayaking. Surrounded by lots of beautiful Vermont small towns. A great place to visit Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Would stay here again.

Brand new beautiful campground nestled in the Green Mountains. Friendly staff, large sites, fairly level and easy to back in to. Good cable, excellent cell phone coverage, Wi-Fi spotty but they are working on it, Our 4g Verizon mobile hotspot works excellent. Rate reflects monthly stay. They are definitely doing things right. We will be back next summer.
