Great place. Rate is off season on a weekly rate. We stayed for a week. They have a beautiful putt putt course, pond, lama zoo, 2 pools, hot tub, made to order pizza ($10) delivered to your site, free daily paper and so much more. Everything that you see on the website and more. We were at site 204. It was right under the W-IFI tower, GREAT! Level concrete pad, and it extended out for the picnic table. Cable was great. Friendly staff; can not say enough good about this park. It is a destination, not a stop.

Nice park. It is a mature park with many trees and grass; there are permanent to semi permanent residents. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Lot was nice and level on gravel. Had cable and WI-FI. We stayed for one night. Will stay here again. I suggest calling ahead and making a reservation because it is near the race track, Texas A & M, and other event locations.

This is a beautiful park. RV spaces are cement with cement picnic tables.The lots were level with easy hook ups. We had full hook up for $21. This is with senior discount. The RV park and the Sate park looked like a city park. They have lots of things to do, The Falls, Frisbee golf, Kids play ground, archery area, pavilion and flower garden. The staff in the front office is very informative and friendly. Met the camp host and they were very nice and welcomed us to the park with a personalized hand towel. Highly encourage anyone to stop here.

This is a great place. It all started when I called to make a reservation. Spoke with a very friendly lady. She took all my information and set me up. Check in was very efficient and friendly. The rate shows a military discount. THANKS for that by the way!. We were in lot #31, center of the park next to the office. Very level and shaded. The park was well kept and looked nice. I read some reviews about being tight. Ours was not but the lots by the lake looked tight. We will come back.
