This campground was clean and well kept, although the sites were a little on the small side. It's a very nice campground compared to the others I've seen in Penticton- none of them seem to be very big here. It's right across the road from the lake, which is nice. They allow pets, but only small lap dogs, so check with them before you show up with Fido. I would stay here again in Penticton. Although the sites aren't very big, it's probably the nicest campground I've seen in Penticton.
This campground is pretty good, but we were in a meadow site this trip and I won't do that again. There are a lot of activities for the kids, but it gets a little bit crowded and the meadow sites aren't big. The playground is fantastic and the hay ride was really fun for our son. We would go back, but we would book earlier so as to not have to stay in a meadow site again!
We love this campground. It's clean, beautifully maintained, big and has a lot of activities for the kids. The pool is very clean and the playground is great. Our son loves the peddle boats and mini golf. The only improvements I would like to see (and they would make it a 10 in my opinion) would be to have full hookups on the lakefront sites and to have cable. We end up here every year and always have a great time.
This campground is beautiful! It's probably the best one I've ever stayed at. It's big, very clean, very well maintained and in a perfect location! The spaces are huge-every site has a big grassy area beside the concrete pad so there is lots of privacy while in a open, gorgeous setting. The prices are the best I've seen for the quality of the campground. We were sad to leave and can't wait to go back. I would recommend this campground to anyone.
This campground looks much better on the website than it is in real life! The sites were crammed so close together that we couldn't even put out our awning and an RV with slides would have a hard time opening them. The people in the site beside us had to move their vehicle so that we could back in because the site was so narrow (and we do this often and know how to back into tight spots!). It was dirty and the sites were poorly laid out- water and electrical hook ups were on opposite ends of the site. There are many permenant residents who don't keep their sites clean. The "playground" advertised on the website consists of one rutsy old swing set. Overall, it felt dirty and grungy and far, far overpriced. The worst campground I've ever stayed in. We couldn't wait to get out of there and we won't be going back.
