The rest rooms were clean. The showers were free and in the rest rooms. The owner was friendly and was upgrading the site. The sites were all back-in and the roads in and out were narrow. The site is in between the highway and the railroad tracks and a train goes by every 2 hours. My wife now knows how a tornado sounds. There must be a train crossing very near, because each train blows it's horn 3 times. I would rate it higher except for the noise.
This is one of the best campgrounds that we have stayed at! The host was friendly and escorted you to your site in a golf cart. The showers were in individual lockable rooms. Wifi worked at my site (low signal strength). The site is nice with old mining equipment scattered about. Now to get pickey. My site had a sewer hookup in the center and my 10' hose would not reach (my trailer hookup is in the rear). We could hear the engine brakes of the big rigs on the highway. The shower lights are on timers and I only barely turned it on.
We stayed here 2 nights in a travel trailer. The host was friendly. The restrooms were clean. The showers only had curtains. The toilet seats did not have papers. Wifi worked, but was intermittent and slow. The site is right by a river and the mosquitoes were very bad. There is no laundry room.
We stayed here on the way up to Alaska and liked it so much that we stayed here on the way back. The laundry was clean and all of the machines worked. The showers were free, clean, and each one had a lockable bar door and a bench. The staff was very friendly! The only reason that I did not give them a 10 is that the wifi only worked near the office and the toilet did not have papers.
We traveled here up the Alcan Highway and this campground had the best bathroom and shower facilities so far. The campground is well maintained and away from trafic noise even thou it is next to the highway. Wifi worked well at our site. They even have a help your self free RV wash area. The cloths wash area was clean and the washers and dryers worked well.
