This is a decent RV park if you don't mind being fairly close to the freeway and Bay Area crowds. The park itself is nice - lots of redwood trees and other large trees for shade and privacy. Great campground to visit with kids as they have a newly rebuilt playground, large pool, ice cream socials, and other attractions. Lots of tent campers here so there tends to be more noise. Not a bad campground for a quick weekend getaway, but it is rather expensive.

We were not quite sure what to expect with a casino-owned RV campground. We were pleasantly surprised! This campground sits atop a hill, so you get a nice view of hills and trees - you cannot see the casino or busy roads. The sites are spaced nicely apart from each other and the entire area is very clean. The pool area is beautifully landscaped - could spend most of the day there. Nice pet area. All of the employees that we met were helpful and considerate.

We absolutely LOVE this campground! On average, we camp here with our travel trailer at least twice a year. It is a small cozy campground with plenty of pine and fir trees; quiet, clean, and close to Lassen National Park (about 20 min drive). The owners take such great care of this gem of a park. Many KOAs are not nearly as nice as this one.
