Rate reflects PA discount. Judging this park against other parks in the area this one should be a 10. Super friendly on-site managers. New park and still a few things to do but overall is very nice. Paved roads, good utilities although the sewer hookup is on the back of the site. Laundry room is phenomenal. If you have a large rig, the entrance is a little short which could leave you hanging out in the road. Entire campground is fenced in with a nice privacy fence and electric gates. Seems to be mostly "oil workers" who we are also but it is head and shoulders above all the other parks area parks. Will definitely stay here again!

Rate reflects PA. Great little campground for overnight or longer. Very easy on and off the interstate. They meet you at the gate and bring you to your site. Sites are fairly level. Roads are gravel and site is grass. Sites are large. Good utilities including excellent Wi-Fi. They are still adding amenities to this park and will be very nice when completed. Personal service by the owners in this park is very refreshing.

Rate is for short term. They seem to charge what ever they like for longer stays. Park is OK. For us, it is not the 9 and 10 rating that they claim to be. The good: It is quiet even though there is a lot of traffic. Sites are large and all are paved and concrete. Staff is somewhat friendly and there are a lot of amenities such as pool, clubhouse, and an activity center. No store on site though. The bad: Wi-Fi is bad. Cable is bad. Power is unreliable. Several times our EMS kicked the power off for low voltage and spikes. Mentioned it to the staff three times. All three times we got " We never heard of that". The new section is going to be very nice if they can correct the bad issues. The old section has lots of trees which is good for shade but bad for satellite. We were thinking about coming back here for next winter for a couple months, but probably will not now because of the power issue.

Stayed here for a few days to rest before continuing to the U.P. Access road to the campground is narrow but once inside the park the roads are wide. We had a large back-in site. Good utilities. Sewer hookup was high though and hard to flush the tanks well. Site was level. The back of the park has quite a few seasonal or permanent campers. Would be helpful if they cleaned them up a little. Would stay again for overnight.

Campground is large but you still feel like you are by yourself. Good privacy between sites. Very good roads and level sites. This place easily handles large rigs. Friendly staff...but got to chuckle at the little check-in window. I am glad it wasn't raining when we got there! The views from the lake sites are incredible although we chose to be in the "woods' towards the back. Definitely camp here again.

Rate reflects PA. A couple of miles off the interstate so no noise. large entrance and roads. Level sites which are gravel. Very friendly staff. Lots of young children playing when we arrived which was nice to see. The park has a nice play area for them. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Park is very well maintained. We will stay here again.

Rate reflects Coast to Coast which they are still honoring, even though they no longer belong. Good overnight park with easy access off the interstate. Sites are gravel but very level. It appears that the long term campers get the sites with the shade, and the short term crowd gets the sun. Very important if you camp here in the summer. Wi-Fi was very good. Sewer hook up was up hill from our dump valve. Pools well maintained, but not much of a beach on the lake. Only down side was the site we had was on the main road to their boat ramp. It was a little busy, but people did observe the 5MPH limit.

Great park. All the sites are owned but are rented out on a nightly basis if unoccupied. You get to pick your site once you arrived. Very nice. Wonderful scenery, two pools, quiet, and very friendly staff makes this place a 10. We did not try the restaurant that is on the premises but we were told it was one of the highest rated in Hilton Head.

Great county park with sites right on the lake. The limited number of full hook up sites are paved and right on the lake. No problem getting a big rig in there (our trailer is 40'). The park keeps the trees trimmed up high and there was plenty of room to maneuver to get into the site. Some of the sites are heavily wooded and the shade is great on hot summer days. There are a few seasonal sites here but they are well kept: in fact some are nicely landscaped! There are two beaches, one for campers and the other for day use on the other side of the lake.

Very hard to rate this park. My wife and I loved it! The park and the surrounding area is stuck back in the 60s. The cg. is tired and built for smaller rigs but has real character. There is no pool, mini golf, paved sites or anything else you would look for in an ocean campground-BUT if you love the ocean, a very laid back atmosphere and fishing, this is the place! Our trailer is 40' and took up what used to be two sites when the average trailer was much smaller. We did have 50 amp but there is a limited number of spots that have 50 amp. The rest are 30 amp. There were a few permanent or seasonal trailers there but they were nicely kept. It is very tight if you have one of the sites in the middle of the rows. Not everyone's cup of tea, but if you are looking for a quiet ocean cg without all the glitz-check this one out!

Very clean and well laid out park. Very large sites and fairly level with hookups in good location. Wi-Fi was fast. Sites were gravel but roads were paved. Very friendly management and was sincerely concerned that all our needs were met. We were here with a rally. Considering how close it was to the highway, you still had a feel for being "out in the woods". Noise was very minimal. Will stay here again.

Wow, what a great park. We have avoided this park even though it is close to home because of it's location in Myrtle Beach. That has been a mistake. Very quiet and laid back. Roads paved, sites level and concrete, good utilities and very friendly staff. Exactly what you would expect to find with the word "Resort" in it's name. Loved the church service on Sunday morning. Would have given it a 10 if there were no permanent mobile homes mixed in with the sites, but all the homes were very well maintained. Price reflects C2C rate.

Good campground for overnight. Very easy on and off from the interstate. Good Wi-Fi. Office and laundry were very nice and clean. Pool was open and well maintained. Good gravel roads. Sites are large, but could use a little maintenance. It would help to clean up around the permanent units in this campground.

Very nice campground. Has large sites and is well manicured. Has a good hook up location. We were camped in the older section which meant we had lots of mature trees for shade. They have a new section without any shade that would be good for satellite dishes. Friendly staff. Even with large crowds that came in for a special event for one night, campground was still quiet. Would have given it a 10 if the roads were paved and the sites had concrete pads. We will camp here again.

Older park but is well maintained by office area. Sites are very small. No place to park tow vehicle once the trailer is in the site. Roads are gravel and had ruts in them but it had rained hard. Concrete pads for the sites are large. Utilities were fine. There were a few low hanging branches, one neighbor had to have some limbs cut just to get into their site. Staff was very nice and were very visible. Would camp here again but would request sites closest to the top of the hill by the office.

Great park for visiting the park. All level sites. Very friendly staff. Grounds are well maintained. Trees trimmed up high. Only negative was the amount of permanent trailers. Most were well taken care of but a few were eyesores. If you need cell service it is almost non-existant depending on your carrier. Park does have Wi-Fi but we did not use it.

This is one of the best parks that we know of. Amenities include private restrooms and showers, lake and pool swimming and hiking trails are just a few of the amenities. The size of the sites give you a lot of privacy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We are always pleased when we come here.

Paved roads and most sites have concrete. Sites are on the short side forcing you to park the tow vehicle on the grass next to the trailer cutting down on the amount of usable site space. Our site was littered with cigarette butts. The sewer hook up cover and pipe was broken. Even with a donut, sewer smell was present if the wind wasn't blowing. Lots of golf carts being driven by young children without adult supervision. It would be nice if the campground enforced their own rules regarding age of drivers and speed limit in the park when it comes to golf carts. Overall, it appears that the cleanliness and maintenance is lacking.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Great park for overnight or longer. Lots to do in the area. Sites are level and concrete with well placed hookups. Landscaping is beautiful. Everything from the very friendly staff to the granite counter tops in the restrooms is first rate. If you travel with dogs there is a fenced doggy park where they can run loose. The interstate noise was very minimal.

Great campground. Level sites with concrete pads. Good water pressure. Manager is very friendly and helpful. They have a potluck dinner on weekends which was a great surprise. Really makes this place feel like home. Great stop for a few days or longer.

As others have said, this park is new. Owner's are working very hard to complete it. Some of the pull through sites are very long. All sites are gravel as are the roads. It rained a lot while we were here but had no problem with standing water in the sites. WI-FI is excellent. Hookups are well placed. The entire campground is heavily wooded but all trees have been trimmed and overhead clearance is not a problem.
