This is an older mobile home park with some permanent RVs they have also have short term/overnight spots with full hookups. It is located in a city area with a park close by, bus to downtown and sight seeing stops at the front gate. There is no pool or playground or activity center but if you want a secure place to stay while visiting the Vancouver area this will work. There were a dozen rental RVs that were either starting or finishing their trips as it is close to one of the rental outlets. This is not a fancy place but it is in a good location. We were out most of the time and just came back to the park for evenings.

Very nice park but older and could use some upgrades. We looked at the washroom/showers but didn't use them they looked very clean. Across from a nice park and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a nice quiet park well kept.It has a lot of long term residents but we enjoyed the quiet. it is off the highway so not much noise.

We enjoyed our stay so we stayed an extra night. Lots of trees between sites. Some are a tight fit. Nice pool and playground. Fire ring at the site, we will come back again.

Great small park very clean and tidy owners. Were very friendly and helpful. Nice grass at sites, with tables and firepits. Easy to get into and out.
