Excellent park. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Very quiet, as it is located far enough away from the interstate. All sites are concrete and level with picnic tables. Rest rooms and showers are spotless. Golf course adjoins the park. I would have given the park a 10 except for the lack of pool.

Very friendly staff, as well as helpful. Sites are gravel with grass between. Well maintained for an old park. Huge trees for shade. My site (A-1) was very level. Wi-Fi worked well. This park is quiet, as it is far enough from the highway. I would stay here again.

The parks sites in the old area are very wide and level. Showers and restrooms are spotless. There are many activities for those that enjoy such. If you enjoy the desert in your ATV, this is the park for you. State trust land outside the rear gate of the park over 100 mile of trails. I would have given this park a higher rating except for the total lack of involvement by management to address violations of park rules. First issue was the person that let his dog do his business along side both vacant sites of his own. I complained to the manager, as did the camper two sites down from me. Nothing was said or done about the issue. The dog waste was still there when they left. There was one person that had five dogs. Several people took up two sites for their toys. Mud all over the roads from the dozens of ATV's that are in the park. Trash dumped along side the dumpsters. This could be a wonderful park with a manager instead of a clerk. The $18.00 is for a monthly rate.

Very clean well managed park. Sites are long concrete pads, perfectly level, with stone patio. There is free Wi-Fi for one night that is very weak and slow. I would have rated this park a 10 except for the trains. They run right behind the overnight parking area. The rate reflects the Good Sam discount.

As stated permanent residents are all closest to the road. Most are well kept. Easy on and off the interstate. Long pull-through sites and pretty level. Not much in the way of amenities, but very nice for a overnight stay. The manager/owner is extremely pleasant. No Wi-Fi available, however she let me use her personal and office code to use their Wi-Fi. A nice act if kindness. I rated it a 7 only because of the noise in the mornings of the worker bees starting trucks, slamming doors etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

This is a beautiful park. Well maintained. Wide, long concrete pads with grass and picnic table. My site was perfectly level. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Immaculate showers and restrooms as well as the laundry facility. Free Wi-Fi worked well. The cable TV is very basic. Large pool and spa. I highly recommend this park.

Nice overnight stop. Very friendly host. Lots of permanent residents, some nice and neat, some not. My site was fairly level and had a picnic table. Sites are lons enough and wide as not to be a problem with slides. Easy access from the freeway. I would stay here again for an overnight stop.

Manager was very friendly and helpful The other people's review was not as I saw the park. My site was no where near level, #314. The side by side hookups are very far to the rear of the site. A concrete pad is located not at the door but at the rear of the site. Many permanent broken down trailers with trash around. The cable TV had one channel, when I checked in the host told me that the Wi-Fi probably won't work, that is why they don't charge for it, of course it did not work. There were dogs running loose in the park. When I brought this to the attention of the host I was told they are from the neighbors. The laundry room adds new meaning to the word filthy. Be aware of the many speed bumps. All in all this is OK for a overnight stop.

Easy to find park. Very small unheated pool. Two nice ponds, promoted as lakes. The sites are wide but VERY short. I have a 33 foot class A with a HHR tow. I hung out both front and back. The couple next to me had a class C 32 foot with a pick up tow. They un-hooked to fit in the PULL THROUGH. The cable TV was not working, Wi-Fi was weak, and that cost $2.50 (worth 25 cents). Lots of freeway noise as this park sits along side Interstate 40. All in all it is fine for a overnight stop. Otherwise Barstow is your next stop: yuk. Rate with Wi-Fi and Good Sam discount was $33.50.

This is a snowbird park. A few park models. Lots of permanent 5th wheels and trailers. Nearly all were well kept. There is considerable road noise as the park sets directly on Hwy 60. This park has many guests that have ATV's as it adjoins BLM land. Beautiful views of the mountains and desert. There are only 450 mail boxes so there is no where near 700 sites. All are dirt and with very little gravel, small concrete patio , as stated if it rains be prepared for mud. Only three showers and three bathrooms for this large park, however I never needed to wait for a shower. Very large laundry room. New huge activities center, new pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, excessive equipment, Bacci ball, and shuffle board courts. No cable but several English stations on the antenna. The Wi-Fi was the best I have had at any park, and free. I would have given this park a 10 if not for the road noise and the management not solving a barking dog problem that I brought to their attention. Another inconsiderate dog owner. The rate was based on a monthly stay.

I just made this a overnight stop. A very friendly staff. The park is clean and sites large and level. They all have shade due to the mature walnut and pecan trees. A little noise from the freeway but not enough to disturb your sleep. I would stay here again for a day or longer.

As stated this is one fine RV park. Check in is a breeze, escort to your site, all fees collected at your site, (cash or check only). Sites are separated by beautiful Oleander hedges. Turns are a little tight, however I had no problem with a 34 foot class A with a tow. Site was level and had a concrete patio. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice treat with the unseasonable 101 degree temp. However it is not heated and was a little cool. No cable TV but free Wi-Fi that worked very well. Also nice and quiet, a real treat after so many noisy freeway parks. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

As others have stated this a fine overnight stop. I found the sites to be long, wide and easy to move in and out. There are several pot holes and ruts throughout the park, however attempts have been made to fill in most. I found the noise from the truck plaza not a problem. The pool was filthy, but I believe it was too early in the season to be open. Tile, clean, private and roomy showers.
