This is a very nice, little, rustic park. Lots of big trees and nicely landscaped. I saw many big RVs, but mine is small. I used electric only; they have a dump. There is English speaking staff and everyone was very pleasant and accommodating.

Stayed here one night in C loop with full hook ups and dry camped second night for $23. Gravel both nights with trees and bushes both sites, although most of dry camp sites are in the open. Since it was off season, I had my choice of sites and found none that were level. Hookup sites were nicer, more trees and bushes and slightly over the hill from Hwy 1 to shield from traffic noise.

Have to agree with other reviews. Very nice and well maintained. Although close to Hwy 1, it was quiet at night. Had no trouble getting my 19 footer in. Saw lots of RV's on leveling blocks, including mine. $34 for full hookups, clean restrooms and laundry facilities is a bargain in CA!

Good for what you pay for it. Site was level and clean, hookups were well maintained and easy to use. Host was right there as soon as I pulled in and very friendly and helpful. Nothing to go to or see within walking distance, so it's best to pull in, hook up, make dinner and read or use the Internet for entertainment unless you have a toad. If I had kids I'd want them to have games or DVDs to watch, and hope I'd tired them out doing things during the day so they fall asleep early.

I didn't realize how great Oregon State Parks were until I traveled in California! $20 for a full hookup and the same for just W&E, off season rate, is pretty amazing. Add in comfortable, clean restrooms, garbage bin at entrance, and beautiful scenery and you can have a very nice stay. Park is very well maintained, infrastructure is top notch. Stayed two nights. Would definitely come here again.

This is an older site, with mostly permanent rigs it appears, but an OK place for one night before traveling on. Full hookup for $25 in California seems really cheap from what I've seen. No discounts. The manager was really helpful and friendly, in fact hung around to register me and help me park after I called near their closing time. No restrooms, so you must be equipped with your own.

For a place to just spend the night before traveling on, this was just fine. I'm sure its popular with fisher folk during season. There were plenty of large sites with W&E. This time of year the park is mostly empty so almost all the sites were pull through, since they are back to back. Really enjoyed walking down to the beach last evening to find beach glass and photo the sunset. It is a very steep drive down to the park, but the sites are quite level and the Wi-Fi is great.
