WiFi for $6.00 a day? Seriously, this is a huge downside to this otherwise 10 star rated park. An in-house Wi-Fi System would be a super addition. I absolutely hate that RV parks are subcontracting their Wi-Fi services out to companies that charge outrageous fees for slow internet services. The security in this place is top notch and we liked the easy access to the RV site. It was very easy to get to the RV park off the freeway. The place is clean and the hookups were well placed.

We stayed here for 10 days. This is one of the best parks we've stayed in. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. If they had an in-house Wi-Fi system, this would be a 10 rated park. The spaces are excellent as are the staff!

Gravel, gravel everywhere! Cheap RV park but nothing special. The gravel sites are messy. The RV repair guys they had there were totally incompetent. We were thankful that Johnny Walker RV was across the street. The RV repair guys at Sam's Town charged us $154.00 and didn't fix anything. Johnny Walker RV took the RV and fixed it in a 1/2 hour, charging us $54.00.

This is a huge RV park. The Wi-Fi advertised is only if you want to sit in the office and use the office Wi-Fi. The park is also under the flight pattern of a nearby airport so you get rather loud airplane engine noise at the RV site. The one complaint that ticked me off was the store sold me a 4 day old paper and when I brought it back, the manager told me it was the customer's responsibility to look at the date of the paper. I asked if they regularly sell 4 day old papers and she said yes. She gave me a refund, but she had a horrible, condescending attitude. We will never shop in that store again, and probably look for another RV park to stay in.

I would have given this place a 10 if the wireless wasn't such a disappointment. They could be a "10" Resort if they fixed this. One of the most consistently excellent RV Parks that we've stayed in. Excellent, new laundry and tiled restrooms. Beautifully landscaped and manicured park. Staff are wonderful and helpful. The site I was in was not level and I had to use the Lynx Levelers to help level the RV. Close to everything and very clean. We have stayed here numerous times and love this place.

Big RV Park near the water. The RV sites are dirt and gravel. Be prepared to track gravel and dirt inside. Wide sites with picnic tables and fire rings. Easy check in and a full time RV repair business on site. Easy to maneuver and hook up the RV. We've stayed here several times and it is a good location to see the sights. We would stay here again. It is just an average park, nothing special.

Nice RV Park new the beach. Only stayed one night. The park is not the easiest to maneuver, but it is manageable. It is a very pricey park. The spaces were wide enough to park the toad and each space came with a picnic table and a Chimenea fire pit. Staff was very friendly and we had, albeit a short stay, a pleasant experience. RV sites are dirt and ours was pretty level. The park is a bit overpriced.

We made reservations for a pull through long in advance of our arrival. When we arrived after driving all day we were told the only space they had was a small back in. When I said that I had made a reservation for the pull through and the reservation was confirmed, all he said was the only space available was the one he was offering us. He said that some people did not leave and extended their stay. He did say there were other parks in the area if we did not want to use the space he was offering us. That aside, the park has permanent residents as well as short term users. The place was mostly dirt, but I did not see any trash laying around. We called some other parks and found one about 7 miles away that had a pull through for us. We would not use this park, although the 25.00 per night isn't too bad for what you would get. It's just frustrating when you reserve a space and it's not available when you arrive. I hope they can learn to manage their reservations a little better.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We have stayed here on 3 previous occasions. I would have rated this park a 10 but their Wi-Fi is incredibly bad. This one issue brings this park down and it could be easily fixed. We have stayed at parks that were not even 1/3 as good as this one, but they had exceptional Wi-Fi. Why they cheap out on this amenity is beyond me. Oh well, they have a clean laundry and a pretty good store on site. Office staff and park staff are top notch and very helpful. One of the best parks in the area. Very nice sites with easy hook ups, beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. Centrally located within walking distance of the main dining and shopping areas in West Yellowstone. Very close to the NP entrance. If they read these reviews, please get a quality Wi-Fi setup.

This is our 2nd time here and it is a pretty good RV park. Top notch staff and easy to maneuver inside the park. Great location and free public transportation makes seeing Jackson a breeze. We plan on staying here again. I would have given this park a higher rating if the sites were improved. This is a very busy RV park.

We stayed at this RV resort because it was near Zion National Park and Springdale. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Escort service to your RV site and they will answer your questions with a smile. We had a tree on either side of us that was touching the RV. I called the office and with 10 minutes they had cut the branches back. Very fast service! They also have daily activities for the RVers. They had a wine and cheese tasting event that I did not attend, but I observed and it was well attended. Overall an excellent place to stay. We will be staying here again.
