This is an older park. It is clean and the scenery is nice. The concrete pads are not the best, but the sites reasonable is size. This is a nice place to stay for a couple a days if your a site seeing. Would stay here again.
This is not a bad campground if your focus is local site seeing. There is nothing to do at the campground, it is quiet though. The campground is very convenient to Savanna, our site was level and partly shaded. Gravel roads in the park. When we go back to Savanna we will will stay here because it is so convenient.
This park is a diamond in the rough. It is under new ownership as of May of last year. The new owners are great. They have cleaned out most of the old rv's and trash. They are also in the process of putting in all new electric, we were the first to use the new 50 amp service at our site. Nice grass sites, with concrete pads, some new, some will be new in the near future. They are in the process of sealing the roads to keep the dust down. They have plans for club house and pool. The river cruise was a lot of fun. They also have canoes and kayaks to rent. I am looking forward to going back.
