This is a busy RV park. It appears that the staff works hard at keeping the grounds nice. Paved roads, parking area, and patios - very nice. Many sites have good shade which we like, but there are sunny sites too. Season lease people are in a separate area and are not as "trashy" as some parks' seasonal sites. We had a multifamily group in cabins near our site for a portion of our week-stay and they were very noisy. Understandably this is not something that a campground can control. There are not enough bathrooms for those who will use them so they are not kept as clean as they should. The site size is average for this type of RV park. The site rental rates are high but since they are busy they must be competitive. They have lots of weekend activities if you like those. Staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi was not real great at our site's location - especially using an iPad. When going to this area in the future we will likely stay here again.

We stayed at this campground first several years ago when it first opened. They are now expanding but we question the direction of the expansion. The new sites are only electric and water, not full hook-ups, and they are very close together. We were unable to get one of the few full hook-up sites for this stay. We were in the older section that has larger sites and are grassy. There is no shade in this campground and no indication that they plan for future shade (i.e. few trees planted). If you like campground sponsored activities, we don't participate in those, they do have a lot of them on a weekend. We had a large multifamily group camped near us which by nature creates a lot of noise. We questioned that they enforce their number-of-persons-per-site rule. The bathrooms, although newer, were not always kept clean during the time we were there. Wi-fi was minimally adequate. We may stay here again but only if we can get a full hook-up site.

We stayed in this campground for a weekend, in a full hook up site. Our site and many sites are generally shady which was nice, as was the new gravel on the drive-through parking surface. The rest of the site was dirt. Site size was small, to average. The campground was very busy. There are many season lease sites and a lot of golf cart activity as well as lots of kids on bicycles. The pool is located right at the main gate which makes entrance and exit from the campground tricky with all the pedestrians, kids, and bicycles that congregate around the pool. What greets you on the main road leading to the campsites is old trailer storage, which is very unattractive. The bathrooms are old, small, few, and need updating. We were glad to not need to use them much. When asking about WiFi we were told we need to be close to the office to get it. At times we could get it at our site, but not regularly. There are a lot of activities if you like those (we don't). The price was high for the park appearance and condition. It is unlikely we will stay at this park again.

The campground is close to city services (restaurants, etc.) but secluded and quiet. Most sites are shady which is important to us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While I listed the showers as "clean" they could have been a little cleaner and have more light; this was our only real criticism. The sites are not real wide, but typical for most campgrounds. Some season-lease sites were not real clean, but there were only a few of them. Wi-Fi worked very well.

Stayed in a back-in site with full hook-ups. Site had a concrete patio which was nice. There was no shade: few of these type sites have shade. Some road noise from interstate but not bad at this part of the RV park. When we were ready to leave, we had a slide that would not go in. The near-by RV dealership would not come out to repair but the KOA staff helped to find a mobile repair service. RV park staff very helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi at site worked well. The site was good sized, most sites in the park are.

This is a very nice park close to everything in the Nashville area. Some sites are small, but ask for a site on the west side and you will get one that is a decent size and some afternoon shade. Avoid the "center" sites unless you are camping with a friend or the RV park is not busy as many face each other. We stay at this park every 2 to 3 years and have for a long time. It was originally a KOA. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean.

This is a newer campground with newer owners (purchased in March 2012). It has been carved out of a dense woods so the trees that remain are tall but not filled out. Some trees are dying because of the trauma of putting in utilities. Some of the sites are still a little rough. Bathrooms very clean. Buildings are new. Has nice tenting area. The park was not very busy when we were there. It is off the beaten path. The owners worked hard to find us the shady spot we wanted.
