Could go into a lengthy explanation of my experience. But, will only say that you should look very closely before you commmit. It is in an industrial area. Beer bottles were laying around the office on May 10th. Workers on an adjoining project are living on site in what appear to be permanent and very old trailers. I was directed to a "full hookup site" which had no sewer and no water. Owner stated that the "season" had not started. Large "dry/tent" area that I was told would be $18.00 per night. An employee and a lady who said she was "left in charge" were very nice.
