An RVer walks into a bar and says I want to book a site. Okay, the bar is the office for the park but it's friendly, The park is clean, very generous pull throughs, wonderful for dogs. This is a great spot for an overnight passing through Route 2. We would stay here again.
We stopped here on opening day of the season. The owner was very honest that 70 sites were seasonal, 20 were for overnighters, and the rest cabins and tents. It's nice they keep openings for overnighters. The lakefront is beautiful, but sites are all seasonal. The owners were very nice. The Wi-Fi was sooo fast - very good and bathrooms weren't THAT bad. Again, we were here before all the seasonal. I would recommend it for an overnight.
Excellent place for Zion national park visitors. Clean, friendly, all amenities and they work. Each evening they have activities. They have a van service to Zion for a small fee if you don't want to drive. Absolutely recommend to all RVers
The sites were good as was the scenery. For the price, the bathrooms were a bit primitive, but clean. Owners of big rigs should try not to get the riverside sites as the road down to them is quite steep. Wi-Fi was unreachable and TV was not available; mountains blocked our Dish receiver. For the price, not sure if we'd stay here again.
This is a nice place, friendly, quiet, lots of trees and they were all decorated for fall and Halloween. Restrooms were clean and there were some at the far end of the park that were cleverly put in what looked like a storage shed. Highly recommend for overnight or longer.
A stayed at this park in 1999 and came back to see how it fared. Don't let the surroundings deter you, it's a nice little place, very convenient to St.Louis attractions. The people were friendly, the facilities very clean and well taken care of.
First impressions were not great, office was sketchy. Sites were level and easy to get in and out. Wi-Fi okay at our site. Didn't use facilities as they looked dumpy.
