Campground is an OK place to stay for a day or two. It seems that it is more or less geared to permanent sites, complete with "additional sheds and building or tents" on site. We arrived on a Thurs. and requested a lakeside spot. Was informed non were available. We went to our assigned spot set up and low and behold there were spots available. The "Store" was a bit sparse unless you need beer. Those refrigerators were fully stocked. The rest were bare minimum. We will not be returning.

Great Park, the owners and staff were very friendly. They allowed us to "stage" a family / friend gathering at our site, since we traveled so far (Maryland). Trash was picked up several times a day and Restroom / showers were very clean and orderly. The only "downside" to this park is satellite reception, it's spotty due to the trees. However we will stay there again upon our return next year.

Great transient park, and we would use it for just that. It has no cable or satellite reception, though. It is a small park with small sites but is very shaded. Nothing really to do in the park other than the pool and game room. We did not see or hear of any other campground activities.

We have to say this is a Good park. But ONLY good!! The office staff is often NON Committal. Have a "Have to do" attitude, unless you are a "Full Time RESIDENT", and there are some. The Park itself is Very clean, as well as the rest rooms and showers. The only problem they have is... that there is only one M/F set. The camp laundry room is very clean, and open 24 hrs. The CG is great for an enroute, facility, perhaps a weekend or two get a way. Oh there are NO shade trees, just a few saplings. They have only 3 "Riverside" sites available and they are only Water and Electric equipped.

"Camped" here for 2 months while working, Very nice park / retirement community. Mostly a retirement community with a 4 to 1 ratio of trailer homes to campsites. But the nicest park of this type that we have visited. Staff, and residents are very friendly and helpful. Grounds are kept meticulously. We will stay here again when on our next assignment in this area.
