This park has Tengo Internet, which is the worst available. Horrible connection here. Since good providers do exist, any park using Tengo automatically loses 2 points, since it is simply a way to cut costs. This park was built by someone who has never RVed in his life. It has good and bad features. All sites are for sale. Lake side lot property goes all the way to the water so you are not allowed to walk along the lake in front of the RVs, which is odd. The owner of the lot next to us has a storage shed with a toilet and sink. However, to get water, they have to run a hose from our water source. Very odd. We always shut off our water when we leave, but can't due to them needing water. Manager is geared toward owners and not renters. No tree issues, sites are large and the grass is very nice.

Way too expensive. Rude staff. Massive construction going on to turn it into a trailer park. Horribly noisy all day and filthy dirty. Bathrooms are gross. Kiddy pool dirty. Covered area by pool had filthy tables. The grill by the pool was the dirtiest I think I have ever seen. Patio sites are overgrown weed patches. Wi-Fi is iffy. This is corporate owned. I tried to contact them. They referred me to local manager. He told me he has no authority to do anything. Complete waste of time. We will never be back.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, free continental breakfast each morning, heated pool and hot tub, fitness room, spotless restrooms and showers. Was extremely quiet but easy access to everything. Had good Internet, no permanent residents, GREAT onsite RV detailer (best I have ever seen and I am the pickiest person on this topic!!). Have to be careful of the coyotes, but the security is good about watching out for them as well. Can't wait to come back again!!!

Staff VERY unfriendly, sites very tight, some bush/tree issues. Internet is HORRIBLE. Checked the bathroom many times from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and it was dirty all day. This park is full of permanent or semi-permanent residents, many in broken down trailers with junk everywhere. Park is not dog friendly. Would not stay here again.

Very nice park. All sites are large and level. Very nice staff. Very big rig and pet friendly. Cable was not very good and staff did nothing about it when we (and others) complained. Also, sites share utilities. Good onsite security as well. Would easily stay here again.

Used to be a KOA. OK for an overnight but not as a destination. Buildings are very old and a bit run down. Not very clean. Roads inside the park are pretty torn up. Staff was very nice. Close to freeway. Will consider again if passing through.

HUGE park. 75+% filled with permanent residents. Called a luxury resort, but I would not agree. It is ok, but have been at lots and lots of places that are nicer. Sites are close together and, while advertised as big rig friendly, there are a number of untrimmed trees. The restroom was not clean, but it was toward the end of the day and are probably cleaned in the morning. Always a bit concerning when they tell you to wear shower shoes for sanitary reasons. Probably would not stay here again, primarily due to untrimmed trees, as that is very concerning to me.

Nice staff, decent camp store, cable, large sights, big rig friendly, sites are NOT level, grass for the dogs, only one WI-FI access per RV, when we usually use two, quiet. Not sure we would stay here again though as I do like to have sites that are closer to level.

HUGE sites, not all level, great staff, nice camp store, decent Wi-Fi, no cable, fires allowed, good water pressure, no washing allowed, bathrooms and showers were OK but not great. Easy to get in and out. Very big rig friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful owners, trimmed trees, decent Wi-Fi, decent bathrooms and showers, about 1/2 full of permanent residents right now. A bit dusty but could have been in worse. They are in the process of revamping some/all sites but have only done two so far. Not on a big rig site but big rig friendly, as we are 43 feet and tow a car and I am crazy about trees, etc. Will stay here again.

Was going to consider giving an 8 ~ big paved sites, decent Wi-Fi, close to freeway but far enough that you don't hear it, beautiful pool and spa area (although closed for the season), and decent staff. However, after walking the park a number of times, decided on a 6 due to lots of permanent residents, loose dogs, dogs left outside in kennels, kids shoes in the road, residents walk right through our site with their dog. I saw quite a bit of hair in the shower stall, etc. Stayed here in large rig, and would stay here again, but just want to be sure everyone is clear on what they can expect.

Brand new big rig section has numerous sites that are not level, very close to main freeway, Internet access is basically non-existent, rules are very confusing and not consistent, many rule violations within the park that are not enforced (barking dogs, tents that are not allowed, etc). Appears only some rules are enforced and others are not. Not sure we would stay here again.

Site not level, very noisy, park almost full with full time residents. We stayed in a large RV and would probably not stay again, primarily due to lack of level, or close to level, site.

Odd staff, clean restrooms, odd campground layout, to say the least, dusty, large dog park (but I never use them so did not go inside), decent views, no grass anywhere that I can find, between sites is a bit overgrown with just weeds, not natural/local plants. We stayed here in a large RV but do not plan to return.

I don't give 10's lightly. This park has a campground section (paved roads but gravel spaces) and a resort section (paved roads and pads). We stayed in the resort section. Quiet, spotless bathrooms and showers, quiet, strong WI-FI, wonderful staff, swimming pond just for dogs, etc. Highly recommend this site, and we will be back often.

Very unfriendly staff, noisy, utilities for two sites together so your driver side is practically touching your neighbor. 90% of campground full of permanent residents ~ school bus even stops here. Close to airport and busy road. We have a large RV. Would not stay here again.

I don't give a perfect score lightly. However, this park earned it. Great staff, spotless facilities, great location, HUGE sites, trimmed trees, manicured grounds, very pet friendly, level sites made with paving stones. Sites are equal to double any other park we have been to. Can't beat this place!!

Nice staff, all paved roads and pads, no tree issues, easy in and out, spotless bathrooms and laundry. Would have rated higher but the only pet area is gravel, no grass, and there is very limited extra parking for tow cars. Close to lots of stuff though. Stayed here in large RV and would come back again!

Great staff, spotless restrooms and laundry, nice pool and hot tub, fitness room, all paved roads and sites, easy in and out, lots of pet areas. Stayed in a large RV and would go back again!

Nice staff, paved roads and pads, cable, small bit of grass. Bathrooms are ok, dog area is across the street in a house's yard. Very odd. NO bikes allowed in the park, no pool. The airport is VERY close and all large jets fly overhead repeatedly. Nice, but only for short stay.

HUGE sites, strong Wi-Fi, cable, trimmed trees, nice staff, close to everything, and very clean restrooms and showers. I debated giving this an 8 or a 9. While some roads have been treated, there is still a bit of dust. No pool, but we don't use that anyway. Many sites here have been sold and the owners are VERY nice, and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would recommend this park and would be happy to come back here. Very big rig friendly as well.

Quiet, close to everything, beautiful grounds, nice barrier between sites, etc. Has everything we look for in a camp ground except one thing. Many large rig sites are NOT level, and you can't get level with jacks. Would be a 10 if not for that. Love this park and will be back, but will request one of the few level large rig sites.

Nice staff, great grounds, nice and clean pools, paved roads and pads, trimmed trees, very big rig friendly and a nice dog walk area. Overall, a very nice park. Will stay here again. What made me give it an 8 versus higher was no cable, unable to connect to satellite due to trees, and the sprinkler system is a bit over ambitious, causing me to have to wipe down half way up the sides of the coach due to very hard water. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Huge, old trees that drop branches without cause, dusty, ZERO internet access, even though advertised as available, dirty bathrooms and nothing in the camp store. The sites were long, if you can get in, the water pressure was good but the owners are nice. For what we look for, this park was severely lacking. Would not recommend.

Beautiful park, paved roads, great staff, spotless facilities, close to park entrance and animal friendly. Only slight downside, and reason for 9 versus 10, was some roads and some sites are a bit tight due to trees. We walked every road and looked at every site and most are not an issue, but ours, and a few others, were a bit tighter than I like for our big rig. I heard this from two others while we were there as well. Would surely stay here again!!
