Great park! One of the smaller parks in Mesa. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very friendly residents that welcomed us to their street parties. Huge number of daily activities to do, daily live music in the common area. Sites are spacious, although too many old park models, which made it look older. Laundry room was cleaned constantly, plenty of machines, but had to use a card for the machines - you can never use the money all up. Not enough pools/jacuzzis for the amount of people there. The washrooms were "gym" style & not enough for the amount people, but loved the washrooms being open 24 hours a day. Internet at the sites was terrible, but in the library it was okay. The park had a real friendly community feel to it. Lots to see and do very close. Many good restaurants and stores near. Rate reflects monthly stay.

Great park! I very much enjoyed that there was security to get in and out of the park as there was concertina wire all around the park, which made us a bit concerned. Having the security gates made me feel secure leaving our RV there for the day. I liked that it was a family park; it was nice to see young kids playing. We found level large sites with easy access to the sites. The sites had concrete pads complete with a table and 4 chairs outside. There were citrus trees between the sites which we enjoyed. The washrooms and showers could have been a little cleaner, but they were convenient. There is a restaurant on site which we tried for the breakfast buffet, but we weren't very impressed as the selection was pretty basic and cold. Having cable at the sites was a bonus, but the internet at the sites and in the office was very frustrating. The other disappointing thing was the pet owners who didn't pick up after their pets. We got the impression that the front desk staff was worked too hard as they seemed a bit testy. We will be back here again next time we're in the area.

Nice Park. The rate reflects weekly rate with Good Sam. They didn't take Passport America. We were shown to our spot by a very friendly host. We were given a spot right across from the dog park. It was very noisy and since we don't have a dog, we asked to move to another spot. The office was very accommodating of our request and we were given a much better spot for us. The sites were very large and nice. Because it's an Encore location, the laundry machines are by a credit card that you purchase for $2.00 and then add money to the card to use the machines. I didn't use the laundry because I object to having to pay for a credit card to use in the machines. The washroom/shower facility was in the office building. There was a second washroom area closer to us, but it only had one washroom and no showers. Not very convenient. The worst thing about this park is no internet at the sites. We had to walk up to the office building to get internet. It was a real pain. There were lots of activities available to do at the park and the park was close to stores and things to do in Casa Grande. We would stay here again if there was internet available at the sites.

Rate reflects weekly rate. I would have given this park a 10, but the internet was terrible. We were given three free breakfasts when we checked in. I'm glad they were free, as we wouldn't have paid anything for the food. It was buffet style with very limited selection and cold. The internet was a huge struggle and very frustrating. I could get on after a dozen times of trying, but then I was kicked off again in minutes. Park wise, this place is like the penthouse of parks. There is everything under the sun available to do, very friendly staff, friendly RVer's and long timers. I have never seen a park where there is so much participation by the residents. The park is very well secured. The facilities are modern and clean, the roads to the sites are very wide, and the sites themselves are very generous and well maintained. The Casitas that have been built on the lots that are owned are very tastefully done. I would definitely stay here again. It's worth the cost.

Skip This One. The pull through sites are so close together that there was 7" between us and our neighbor. We asked to move to a site where there was no one on either side of us, but were told that the spot had an RV in it. It didn't, but we didn't get to move. If you have laundry to do, make sure you have the correct bills needed. Payment for the laundry machines is done by a machine that says it only takes $10 or $20 bills. First you must purchase a card for $5.00 and then load it with the amount you need. The card is useless anywhere else. You could be left with money on the card and a card worth $5.00. The washrooms are closed every evening for more than 2 hours while they are being cleaned. A few nights both washrooms in the facility were closed at the same time for hours. The washrooms are very old, very small, and there are too few available. This park is across from the airport and is never quiet, plus you can hear a garbage truck at 4am in the morning emptying garbage at a business next door. This place is over priced for what you get. We will never come here again. Save your money.

What a treat! This is such a wonderful RV Park! We received the warmest welcome from the managers, and were shown around the park in detail. The people staying in the park were so friendly and welcoming. There was fresh citrus for the park's customers to pick, and for their own use, and so many fun things to do. It is a very well equipped and cared for park. We met some people we hope to keep as friends for ever. Everyone seemed to get along and helped plan activities. Manager couple went above and beyond what they needed to do to help everyone out. We had the best time here. I wish there were more places like this one. They accept Passport America. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in staff were not very friendly. The park itself is very nice, lots of room to get into our site (although I had to bend a young tree out of the way so we could get into our spot!). The washroom/shower rooms are very nice and kept quite clean and warm. There are many extras at this park, pool, convenience store, gym, and restaurant to name a few. It is near the airport, so there is noise from the planes all day and night long. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is extra money, and the service was terrible. I ordered it for a week and it was only for one laptop. We are moving to another RV Park where the Wi-Fi is free and supposed to be okay

The sites are good, plenty of room to get around for us in our Super C. A few trees to be careful of for slide outs. Nice pond in the middle of the park which is lovely to look at. Very quiet and pretty park. Washrooms are clean. Security is wonderful. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but the ones we met when we checked in didn't know what there was around Pahrump to see. Downsides of this park are: 1) no cable, 2) internet is horribly slow, 3) I had to pay extra for the internet. I was on the phone for over an hour with the internet provider trying to get hooked up and then get the service to speed up so we could actually use it (they were very helpful and sympathetic). The staff at Lakeside are very aware of the problems, but the owners of this park aren't listening to what clients are saying about the park.
