Clean CG. Very nice pools and activities were very up to par, lots for the younger set. Would have given a 10 but Wi-Fi was slow at times, the site we had was next to Cascade road and traffic noise was a bit loud. We had site 55T. Cable was very good and sites in our area were easy in and out and good size. Water pressure was good. A lot of seasonal sites but very well kept as was the whole are. Store was well equipped and served light lunches and well as VERY good ice cream. People are very friendly (staff) lots going on all day. The trolley is regular every 30 minutes, depending on the traffic: $1.00 each way. Well worth it as parking at the beach is $20 on weekends.

3 Days of beautiful weather, but we love this campground for the level sites, clean area, next to the beach. Friendly staff at the gate close to major beaches in New Hampshire, need reservation way in advance.

Rate reflects Good Sam membership. Place is as clean as it was last time we came here and the staff are VERY friendly. Everything worked as it should Wi-Fi was great. It's a great place to bring your pet. Very large dog park -well kept up. Nothing negative about Normandy Farms. Love it here. The sites are large and clean.

Not a large park but clean and well cared for. Friendly staff, not much of a store but next to a RV dealer and close to shopping. Staff was always around cleaning restrooms and empty sites. Mostly seasonal sites but all were friendly, we had site 53 a pull thru which was a good site, but they had tents on both sides of us and those were full hook up sites, thats why an 8 rating. Shuttle to beach every hour, clean pools and easy in and out, gated entry.

Nice layout with good size sites. We stayed at 17 which was a pull through and plenty of room (Premium site) and level. Best sites I like are 16,17,18,19,20 as these are near the pool and activity. Owner came as we checked in to see if we needed anything or if we needed a hand; never ran into that before and it made a hit with us right away. Wi-fi is only around the office and not in the campground; otherwise, I would have given it a 10 rating. They clean everyday around pool and grounds. The owner is working the grounds and there if you need anything. We enjoyed it and will be going back Columbus Day weekend. Labor day was full, but I may call later again. Water pressure was normal, good cable, and kids were enjoying playground and pool. 3-4 PM is adult time and kids need to leave pool area. Easy in and easy out. Great bass fishing. People were very friendly and store had most of the things you need if you run out. Big stores are about 2 miles away. We will be going back a couple times a season as it's close to home.

This is what a campground (resort) should be; sites level and spacious, everything clean, well maintained grounds and very friendly staff. This is my favorite place to stay. Clean, clean, clean. Best layout I have seen. Food is great if you want something other than grilling. Pools clean. Something for everyone to do all day. Great pet friendly park with large play area for them. If you are in the area pay a visit you will be pleased. Great Wi-Fi and Cable TV. Well stocked store and gift shop. Will be back many times.

This is one of the biggest We have stayed in, most sites are very large. We stayed on E34 and there was more than enough room, and space between sites was good. High water pressure which they say to use a reducer but we didn't use one and were fine. Wi-Fi worked great in our area. Clean grounds well kept, pools were very clean and store was well stocked. Boat & golf cart rentals on site, had a bike and toad. Cable had plenty of channels. In the mornings ground crew were busy cleaning and taking care of the grounds. Will go back again as they have plenty of things going on. Great location on the lake with boating and fishing.

Stayed Labor Day and park was very busy but not full. We had a good time. They offer lots of activities for kids and adults, good shows over the weekend for kids and adults plus Coos Band. Fourth time here and we love it. It's close to town with trolley service. We had a tow car so it made it nice to visit surrounding area. Stayed an extra day for $32.00 to avoid traffic on the Holiday. Sites are big, we had #L09 close to the main area. Will be back for Fall. WiFi works well, was easy in and had good hook ups.

Came from Mass.-- long ride 12 hours, found campground easy, easy in and out. Staff was very friendly and campground very clean. Sites are close together but enough room to have a campfire without really bothering anyone. Wi-Fi was poor at our site but got it really slow. Close to ocean, about a 5 min. walk and beach was clean, pet friendly on the right side of the beach. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again. They had activities which were fun, flea market, guitar players and singing and moon walk for kids. Would give a higher rating but the sites are close together, the Wi-Fi was slow, and they had pay showers. Other than that it was a good Trip.

Owners on site and very friendly and helpful, great if you need directions on where to go or get there. Clean and neat campground, good level sites, open mostly a few next to woods. Great cable channels and very good Wi-Fi, for a small fee we had it our entire stay otherwise 30 min. free each day. was not fully open yet for the season but the weather was good so they were taking campers early. Will be back

Found the staff very friendly and open, and well kept grounds. The sites all around my area were very level and well kept. It was the middle of the week so it was quiet and peaceful. Would go back if up north again.
