The park itself was ok. Yards around the pool area and behind the plantation house, lovely. Nice treed sites and quiet park. However I think the rates are made up when you arrive. We were asked for cash $37 for each site we were then asked if we had $70 cash for 2 sites we could have them as the regular rate was $40. I noticed in the last review they paid $32 (March'12) and the Good Sam Site quotes $33. Our mistake by giving cash without a receipt and not going to the office. I think it should be reported to Good Sam. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone as it seems the rates are made up as he goes along? You can take the risks, but don't be as stupid as we were.

You cannot go wrong in the RV park unless you want lots of grass or big trees. Each spot is spotless and on level concrete with a nice patio beside each site. Lots of room between each site. A bit noisy but all the noisy died down at 11pm. You phone the office and a bus comes right to your site for a trip up to the casino and or restaurant. We'd recommend this RV resort and It's a Passport Am. Price of $11 for the weekend... wonderful. Would stay again.

The parks roadways are a bit rough but the campsites are on grass/grave/sand. This might be considered an older park but the view of the lake and the almost constant breezes and quite spots makes this an excellent place to stay. The laundry room was big with 6 machines. The people are nice and friendly and the marina club is lovely. The trash is picked up once a week and the grass cut on a regular basis. There is a excellent restaurant on site and a boat ramp & courtesy dock. We stayed here for 2 weeks visiting relatives and the weekly rate is the best around & they take major credit cards. We will Defiantly stay here again. I almost hate to recommend it to others so we can keep it to ourselves There are only 3 trees so ask for # 27 or # 28 sites.

168 total Full Hookup RV Sites. Can accommodate any size RV. 30/50 amp service on all sites. Long pull through sites on cement pads. Quiet, we stayed way back into the park, away from the highway noises. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable, 3 restroom/shower/laundry areas, dump station, outside pool, propane, ice, 2 playgrounds, horseshoe pits, rally room, 4 fenced dog runs, mini-store with RV supplies, and a nice book exchange. Great place to say and not that far from big city. Great price especially if you are a Passport American member. We'd stay again and again.

PA park with good rates. Manager was very friendly and helpful. The sites were gravel and great in the dry weather.20-30 amp. Up to 45' pull ins and back ins. Wi-Fi was excellent. Laundry facilities are the owners own units but usable if need be. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again.

If you don't mind missing out with WiFi or very good TV reception this park is for you. We stayed 3 nights. Lots of peace and quiet and friendly manager. The Laundry room was very clean and tidy. the park is about 2 miles west of town so it's convenient to everything including free wifi at McDonalds. We'd stay here again.

The park was clean and friendly people but too close to the highway and with the overpass and truck noise and the winds it sounded like jet planes taking off so we only stayed the one night. Too bad because it was a very nice park.
