Great Place. No pull through sites, but no problem with back in's. Roads are wide enough so that we did not have to unhook tow till we got to the site. Quiet park as there are no dogs allowed. You really don't know how noisy some parks with barking dogs are until you stay in one without them. WiFi worked well. Easy to get to as it is close to the end of the causeway. They do not accept credit cards. Only hassle is there is one main road on the island and making left hand turns out of the park sometimes takes time. But, this is manageable. The sites are sand/grass. It looks like they are starting to put in concrete pads for tables and chairs and have about half the sites completed. The RV part of the park is away from the permanent park models so you don't have the early morning traffic with people going to work. Will certainly be back.

We stayed here a week using a PA rate. While the entry road is narrow, we had no problem with our 40ft motorhome with tow attached. The pull through sites were excellent. Great staff at check in. Most of the park is permenent residents in park models. The back of the park, away from the pull through sites, looks like older and run down units, but where we were they were fine. No complaints about this park. However, call for directions, as right now the hwy in front is being redone and you want to come in from the south which may change as they do more work on the road. We will stay here again.

This is not a bad place. Forget the water view on the site. There is some water during high tide, but not worth the walk. Nice staff. Decent space between sites. Big problem getting into the park, if you have a big rig and are towing. There is not a lot of room right after you pull in for you and your tow-we had to unhook. The sites have patio's. Some sites have gravel, but most are just dirt and you need to vacuum every day unless you love living in a dirty place.

Worst place for Big Rigs .Most places are permanent and they build there patio's with covers right next to the narrow streets. Some streets are the smallest I have ever seen. The layout must have been done for the old "Lucy" show 50 years ago. The few beach sites are the nicest but you don't see the beach as they have large sand dunes between you and the beach. Great staff but the park is not for us over 40 crowd - 40 foot that is. Will never go back

I guess I should have known this would not be a good park when their main picture is of the pool. The park has some gravel sites with patios. We were "lucky" enough to be put in the back in sand and weed pile. Bring bug killer to spray around the site. Bring a good broom because every time to go into your RV, you track mountains of dirt and sand. The staff was OK. The girl was nice and the older guy was not. The streets are paved and just wide enough for one vehicle. Will never stay here again. It is not close to anything. Overpriced.

This is a great park. Clean, friendly, WI-FI actually works, and large pull through sites. No park models, no broken down trailers. About 10 min to the major attractions. Will always stay here when in the area.

Not a great park for Big Rigs. Interior roads very narrow. Park layout uses every possible place for sites. Some sites very close to each other. Exiting the park is difficult as you need to make a 180 degree turn in a short space onto a state highway. Won't be back

This is a nice park for an overnight. Staff friendly. Pull through site was long and did not have to unhook tow. Not much in immediate area. Park is 3 1/2 miles off the interstate. Follow the directions they give you as some GPS do not know that an exit was closed.

Decent place to stay. Gravel sites. Some sites not that level so make sure you ask for a level one. Staff friendly and helpful. Not the greatest WiFi during peak hours. Sits right on the highway but the noise was OK as we had the heater on and the windows closed. Would stay again traveling through.

It looks like an old KOA. That means you get gravel sites, tight roads, etc. It is off a narrow two lane road but had no trouble on the road. The trouble was the roads in the park. I think this place has new owners. Either way, whoever owns this should spend a few bucks and buy some gravel to fill in some large holes. Probably will not be back.

Good clean park, we stay here a couple of times a year for a week and a night or two when passing through. If you read some other reviews there can be some noise from an elevated train and there are some planes overhead. The planes never bothered us and the trains could bother you if you did not have the AC or Heaters on. However, if you looked at other parks in the area, this is the best. It is right off the interstate and you are within 30 minutes of everything to see,

This is very nice park. Long pull through sties, good TV, and Wi-Fi. Only a few miles to downtown Memphis. This was our second time and strongly suggest you use the directions off their website as the GPS tried to take us another way. Their directions are very easy. We will stay here on each trip. If you arrive before dark you can sit and watch the barges go by as you are right on the river.

Beware of this place.. It would take too long to list the things you should think about before NOT staying here. First, the false advertising on their web site. You would think you are staying on the lake, not true, the lake is a mile away and the park is on a small canal. Next you wonder what is on the other side of the sea wall on the road down to the park. Well, it is a subdivision of homes and most have bars on the windows and doors. That should make you feel really safe. In six days there we never saw their claimed security; they might have been afraid to come out. The Wi-Fi was down more than up. They give you rules to follow, and they don't do anything about violations. Trucks double parked in the streets. When we left we had less than 4 inch clearance. They say quiet hours start at 10pm, yet the music from their bar covers the park till midnight. They say the back in sites can handle a forty footer, I guess that is right, but with the sites across from you sticking out in the street and the cars and trucks in the street, it took us 25 minutes to get into the space. Their rates are really high, and I think they are hurting for business as it looks like they have made long term deals with workmen, who rev their diesels at 6:30 in the morning and drink and talk loud till late at night. On a positive note, the water pressure was fine. We will stay at another place next time.

This is a nice park right off I-10. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the reviews mentioned noise from the Interstate. This did not really seem to be a factor. However, there is a truck stop adjacent to the park, so try to get a spot close to the office as the music from the truck stop can be heard all night. We had all the windows closed and could still hear it. What makes no sense is that the owner of the RV park also owns the truck stop. I really don't see the need of loud music at 3 in the morning. That said, the pull throughs are long, gravel, and fairly level. I would stay here again but request a site closer to the office. Rate is Passport America.

This is a nice park. Gravel sites concrete patios and good space between. The Work Campers here are very nice and helpful. About a mile off the freeway. The only thing wrong is that you have to go to the clubhouse for WiFi. This park has been in business for a number of years and they could have upgraded there WiFi system or at least tell you on the web site that you can"t get service at your site.

As we got close to this park saw a sign that their were new managers. What a difference. We stayed here last fall while visiting family. As you will read on posts from that time, the people running the place were not friendly and the park was very run down. The new people are very friendly and within the two months they have been there you can see improvement. There is new blacktop at the entrance which formerly was really bad. Major holes in the roads have been filled. The restrooms have been redone and are operating. They still have work to do but you can see things are better. It is not a resort, but good for an overnight or a few days visit.

Really nice new owners who are upgrading the park. They just added a row of 50 amp service to very long pull throughs. Only suggestion is don't wash your car or RV as the park is very dusty. Had a small problem, and they were there to fix it at once.
