Nice place. There is a steady noise from interstate 35, but it was a nice place. Only big complaint was maintenance would come around with a backpack leaf blower and blow off the patios. This would totally dust your rig with dirt and dust. I was not sure why my RV was getting so dusty, then one morning I was here when they did that. That explained it. Over all a good experience.

Has unlevel grass pads and non-working cable TV and Wi-Fi. Park was clean. Next trip I will check out other parks in the area. The rate was Passport America.

Very small spaces ! unlevel pads, pot holes in the roads muddy, Designed for 1960 model 13 foot trailers. Wi-Fi is a joke. Electric pedestal is a problem, kept tripping breaker, with only a coffee pot and TV on. Never again!! The rate was Passport America rate.

Stayed here two nights visiting family in area, The gravel and grass pads are unlevel. The gravel roads are very dusty. The Wi-Fi is a joke! This is a park that needs updated. Maybe 20.00 a night , but 35.00 is way overpriced !
