During past four years have stayed here several times. Very friendly staff and you get a free cookie at check-in. Close enough to Dallas to make the 1 hour drive in. Will always stay here when in the area.

New managers were very friendly. Wide open, no shade but perfect for what I needed. Would stay here again.

Stay 7 nights and loved it. It is a state park and like most you give up a few things for lower price and woods. Will go back again next year.
