We love being close to New Orleans, but away from the traffic. Lake Ponchatrain always has a cool wind blowing in the park. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Misty River. It was peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bathhouse was clean and huge. We will be back. I will recommend Misty River to all my camping buddies.
