This park has the potential of being one of the best. To achieve that it will require a new management team or a commitment from the existing team to provide a park that will treat weekenders with more respect. Two issues need immediate attention. The first is the "permanent residents." They allow people to stay for up to nine months at a time during the winter months, without regard to type of rig. Mixed in the park are very old buses, motorhomes and trailers, that are occupied by large amounts of people, that look to be homeless. Some also have multiple vehicles, which crowd the small sites, making it much like an RV storage yard. This, in my opinion could be easily remedied by placing full timers with in a single location in the park which could be done very easily. The second issue is that if you are Passport America, you are automatically a second class citizen, and even if there are other available sites, you are placed next to one of the permanent rigs. This has happened to us each time, and this time, we traveled with another rig, and they made sure that between us was a 1976 San Diego city bus with two other vehicles of the same generation. The bus was occupied by at least five people, two dogs and couple of cats. The people were okay, but in and out all day and night. Unfortunately this will probably go on deaf ears since Campland by the Bay is pretty much the only game in town. Lastly, they say to lock things up because of people illegally entering the park and stealing things like bicycles. I wonder.
Stayed at this RV park for three night. Found all sights to be clean and well kept. This park is small, but close to the PepperMill and Alantis Casino's. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. They also have a nice laundry room. The park is gated, with 24 hour camera surveillance. They have a pet area. Found the price to be fair, 35 to 45 dollars a night, but as any RV park, prices changes with seasons or events. They have 30 and 50 amp service. The on-site manger was very nice and helpful. This is our first time here but we will be back.
This was the first time we stayed at the Oasis and it won't be the last. Each year that we visit Las Vegas,it will be the park of our choice. Large level sites either back in or pull thrus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is nicely landscaped and have an 18 whole natural putting course. The park has several bathrooms and laundry rooms. Don't have to go far to locate one. They are kept very clean and the machines are all new. They have a weight room, two pools and a jacuzzi. The two pools, one for the adults and one for the kids. (Nice)! Oasis is so large the I was able to do my walking within the park. The park has 700 sites and they were all full when I was there. They have a shuttle to town for a small fee. There is an airport close by and there is some air traffic noice. They have entertainment all week long, such as an ice cream social or a movie at night. This is a great place to stay when you visit Las Vegas.
The campground is family owned and runned. We love camping here. Spaces are gravel pull throughs but very easy access and kept clean. The have Wi-Fi and cable TV. They are close to the railway station and said they will have a shuttle to the station in May. Very nice office and store. We stayed here 5 years ago and office lady remembered our names. This camp ground will always be our number one places to camp. We went on the train trip to the Grand Canyon. The train travels right pass the RV resort, office lady and her family are all on the porch waving to us as we went buy. I hope everyone that travels to Arizona (Williams), will make sure to stop in to spend the night. You won't be sorry!
What a very nice park. Very clean with paved pull through sites. Very nicely landscaped. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. Laundry room kept very clean with new washer & dryers. Weight room, equipment in perfect condition. Garbage picked up at you site. They have Wifi but only inside their building. We were very impressed with the park. Can not wait to go back.
The park is very clean and well maintained with mostly gravel sites and concrete pads. Walking distance to Sedona. Wonderful creek running behind park and shade trees to keep rig cool. Did not use restrooms so I don't know what they were like. The park supplies chairs and a picnic tables at most sites. Wish we would have come here sooner. There is plenty of room for big rigs. Would recommend not driving large rig to office. We used our tow car to register. Community fire pits and volleyball court available. We would definitely recommend this park to anyone.
